**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare weekly outbound airwaybill maintenance control list.
+ Make airline booking through Cubeforall system for both regular and ad-hoc consignments and follow up on the space booked.
+ Prepare manual master airwaybill (MAWB typing) weekly.
+ Prepare vendor's ECC and normal counter bookings weekly.
+ Prepare outbound check-off list for the following week.
+ Send outbound MAWB maintenance and outbound check-off list to Operations (Hub, DM and BC)
+ Daily segregation of outbound MAWB audit, discrepancy and prepare utilization MAWB record by Agent.
+ Retrieve outbound MAWB (Fri-Sun) and arrange by flight.
