We are hiring Operations staff to support either Air Import or Air Export operation. Ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and timely cargo handling. Occasionally visit terminals to verify shipment details and support operational accuracy.

Job Scope

Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Air Cargo, and vendors on operational matters

Handle shipment processing, including documentation and Air Waybill (AWB) execution

Ensure accurate data entry (e.g. weight, dimensions, rates) into the system

Monitor shipment status from cargo terminal to final delivery

Liaise with vendors for delivery arrangements and follow-ups

Perform checks for compliance (e.g. DG and temperature-controlled cargo)

Send shipment updates or pre-alerts to overseas counterparts
