Airfreight Operations Executive
to play a key role in managing airfreight shipments from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate airfreight shipments from client engagement through to final delivery.
Manage client expectations and ensure all shipment requirements are met.
Communicate and negotiate with vendor partners to align shipment costs with business goals.
Process all shipment documentation and data through internal systems.
Collaborate with global logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Handle billing and costing activities upon shipment completion.
Prepare and deliver periodic reports on operations and shipment status.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
Relevant experience in
