We are hiring Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with bookings, itineraries, and travel inquiries. You will ensure smooth travel experiences and accurate information for every customer.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to travel inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist with flight, hotel, or tour reservations
• Modify or cancel bookings as needed
• Document interactions and booking details accurately
• Escalate complex travel issues to supervisors
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
