• Ensure efficient and accurate management of all inbound and outbound material movements.• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through robust stock monitoring, cycle counts, and yearly stock audits.• Plan and ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, storage space, and material handling equipment.• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics for seamless material flow.• Implement and drive cost reduction initiatives related to inventory, scrap reduction, and storage optimization.• Responsible for maintaining FIFO/FEFO discipline across the stores.• Monitor and control inventory levels as per Min-Max norms and safety stock guidelines.• Develop and implement SOPs for stores operations, material handling, and documentation.• Ensure material traceability, shelf-life monitoring, and preservation as per engineering standards.• Lead digitalisation initiatives—Scan & Disp...
