POSITION SUMMARY

Focus Interpreting is seeking a dedicated American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to join our team. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between deaf and hearing individuals by accurately interpreting spoken language into ASL and vice versa.

RESPONSIBILITIES Provide professional interpretation services during various settings, including medical, legal, educational, and social services. Ensure clear and effective communication by interpreting spoken words into ASL and ASL back into spoken language in real-time. Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interpretation sessions. Stay updated on developments in both ASL and English to ensure the highest quality of service and accuracy in interpretation.
