Responsibilities:
Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines.Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs.Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism.Oversee property clean-out and debris removal.Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations.Coordinate winterization services to protect vacant properties from weather damage during cold seasons.Ensure completion of other life safety and preservation measures as needed (e.g., board-up services, plumbing shut-off).Track and document all preservation activities for each property.Collaborate with asset managers other departments to ensure a smooth transition when properties...
