To support and maintain the organisation’s software applications by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the resolution of system-related problems. The role is responsible for monitoring application performance, stability, and security, supporting system upgrades and enhancements, and ensuring applications operate efficiently to meet business and operational requirements.
