Responsibilities
- Work independently as a senior analyst/associate/subject matter expert; coach and educate others as needed.
- Oversee and independently perform end‑to‑end tasks.
- Focus on short to medium‑term issues (monthly, quarterly).
- Provide specialized business‑management advice and support to management and teams; understand industry trends, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Lead implementation of initiatives supporting overall business or function strategy.
- Manage work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.
- Support and manage integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas.
