We’re looking for a Business Analyst & Change Manager specialist to work at the intersection of customer operations and product delivery. You’ll be the person who understands how regulated organisations actually work: The processes, the pain points, the obligations, the human dynamics and translates that understanding into product requirements, implementation plans, and change management strategies that make adoption real.
