In this role, you will be responsible to support the implementation of Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy scalable contact center architectures, including conversational IVRs, real-time reporting and analytics, and AI-driven capabilities such as generative AI and intelligent automation.
