Position Overview

This role is an Information Analyst in the Asset Services Information Unit at the Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS). The analyst will manage, analyze, and report mandatory corporate actions data, serving as a key connector within the Canadian capital market infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

• Data Integrity & Lifecycle Management – responsible for the complete lifecycle of mandatory corporate action data, including collection, analysis, validation of data sources, and timely dissemination of critical information.
• Strategic Partnership – liaise directly with issuers, legal counsel, transfer agents, underwriters, and DTCC to validate information details, resolve discrepancies, and clarify legal or tax implications.
