Reporting to the Manager, Business Processes & Systems – Distribution, the Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in improving, stabilizing, and optimizing the systems and processes used across RONA’s distribution network. Leveraging strong operational experience and deep knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), this role identifies high value improvement opportunities, supports system evolution, and ensures strong adoption of changes across all distribution centers. Analyst acts as a trusted partner to DC Directors and Operations Managers, supporting governance routines, providing data driven insights, and ensuring that system and process improvements are grounded in real operational needs.
