Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
**_Qualifications_**
+ **0–2 years** of progressive experience in:
+ Financial reporting and controlling
+ Internal controls, compliance, or audit
+ Finance operations in a **shared services, multinational, or regulated environment**
+ Prior exposure to **external audit, internal audit, or SOX environments** is an advantage
