ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). The HR Data Management Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data within Air Liquide Business Services Sdn Bhd's systems, ensuring reliable HR information for reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned HR service requests, ensuring precise, timely execution in strict alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
