Role Summary
The Analyst – HR Operations is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team. Under minimal supervision, you’ll support recruiters with new-hire paperwork, initiate and adjudicate background checks and drug screenings, ensure new hires have an optimal onboarding experience, and secure completion of I-9 and first pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment team with new-hire paperwork and onboarding logistics.
- Initiate and adjudicate background checks and drug screening procedures.
- Ensure accurate employee setup, timely I-9 completion, and receipt of first pay.
- Educate employees, HR partners, and managers on company and local policies.
- Anticipate and address questions, escalating as appropriate.
- Operate across multiple HR platforms and identify process improvements.
- Manage high-volume workload while proactively enhancing service.
