Qualifications

• Experience of ISO-56002 and Kitemark innovation audits
• Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in creating and nurturing an innovative ecosystem within an organization (fostering a culture of innovation, building staff capabilities, and driving successful implementation of innovative solutions)
• Experience in overseeing the implementation of innovation initiatives, monitoring progress, reporting deviations, supporting enhancements, and reporting
• Experience in providing education to promote continuous learning to build staff capability, preparing custom-made educational material on topics related to innovation
• Knowledge and experience of ISO-5602 and Kitemark innovation audits and certification
• Experience in applying intellectual property protection of texts, technical solutions, and software created
• Experience in publications process
