Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery - Actively participate in discussions, understand business problems and help facilitate discussions across cross functional teams Identify and create clear action plan in consultation with cross functional teams to arrive at a solution, proactively follow-up and ensure timely support to business Coordinate with other analysts/PM/Sr. Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Document Action, Risk, Issue and Defects tracker across all tech initiatives Document business requirements in SAMEA cluster Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
