The Global Center OFS team is to support order fulfillment by processing orders and related activities raised by SOS teams within the Global Center and regional center. The team performs key compliance functions across the order fulfillment lifecycle, maintains product administration, and continuously seeks to improve both internal and external order processes. The OFS team is committed to enhancing customer experience by delivering timely and accurate service, consistently meeting guaranteed average turnaround times in line with agreed product and process guidelines.
