Tactical Opportunities (Tac Opps) is Blackstone's opportunistic investment platform.

• Work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities.
• Build complex financial and valuation models.
• Assist in preparation of investment memorandums for the investment committee.
• Perform due diligence and financial analysis across a wide range of asset classes, business types, and investment types (equity, preferred equity, minority, and control).
• Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes.
• Conduct interviews with industry experts and management teams.
• Assist in the execution of transactions.
• Monitor and drive further value creation for existing portfolio companies.
