Job Description
Analyst, Technology Account Management Overview - Provide technical account management support on MPGS (Payment Gateway) product.
- Manage end-to-end technical and operational customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary contact for all technical, system, and operational matters related to the Payment Gateway.
- Build strong working relationships with internal delivery, customer support, product, and business teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities by understanding customer technology landscapes and leveraging internal data assets.
- Partner with business teams on pre-sales support, solution design, technical reviews, and operational reviews for designated customers.
Roles - Provide technical guidance and support to customers planning to integrate with the Payment Gateway.
- Support customers through end-to-end Payment Gateway integration across multiple systems, platforms, and products.
