Overview The Static Data Control Analyst/Associate supports the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of client and account static data across Wealth Management Operations. This role ensures timely processing of static data requests, maintains strong control standards, and supports reliable downstream trading and settlement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Operations & Delivery
- Perform end-to-end static data maintenance for client, account, and product data.
- Process account lifecycle events such as:
- Account opening and closure
- Client profile updates
- GIRO, EPS, CPF/SRS, SIP, and related setups
- Ensure data is accurately captured across source systems and downstream platforms.
- Meet turnaround times (SLAs) while maintaining a high-quality, zero-defect mindset.
- Handle daily business‑as‑usual and volume spikes in a controlled manner.
