- Protected post-call day off
- $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
- Bread and butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases
- No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
- Strong collaborative relationships with Departments of Surgery and Nursing

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits - Total Initial Compensation Package: $665K - $695K
- $550K - $580K base compensation, commensurate with experience
