With a robust presence in 11 countries and overseeing a workforce of approx. 3,000 employees, they offer a stable yet dynamic environment. Due to regional expansion, they are seeking a seasoned APAC C&B Manager to be the regional subject matter expert based in their Singapore HQ.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a critical individual contributor role offering high visibility. You will not just execute tasks but will be a strategic partner to both the Global C&B Center of Excellence and APAC Regional Leadership. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Compensation with a functional reporting line to the APAC HRVP , this role is perfect for a C&B professional looking to step up from a local/generalist scope to a truly regional specialization.
