Job Description The scope includes deployment of sales & customer marketing programs, sharing of best practice, implementing market sales and planning processes, and tracking execution excellence. The ultimate goal is to ensure brand objectives are achieved at the ECP and/or retail Point of Sale. Key areas of responsibility include: Regional Trade Marketing Leadership: Develop and govern an APAC Myopia Activity Plan, ensuring harmonized sales operations, scorecards and priority activation in each market Joint Sales Planning: Partner with country sales teams and distributors to co-create sales plans that align with APAC marketing priorities and deliver sustainable growth.
