Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on Level 2/3 production support for CBDDT applications.
• Drive incident resolution, troubleshooting, and problem management in a high‑paced environment.
• Work closely with Change The Bank (CTB) teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features into production.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, keeping internal risk systems up to date.
• Implement and maintain VPN setups, security systems, and certificate management for secure access.
• Monitor security system controls to align them with compliance standards.
• Ensure smooth APC start of week.

Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Act as a lead for Malaysia CBDDT support teams, working closely with cross‑functional teams to improve system reliability.
