Job Description
The successful candidate will bring a strategic perspective as well as the ability to be hands on and operational, and will specifically demonstrate the following:

- You will partner closely with Sales executive leadership, Finance, Operations, GTM and HR business partner communities in the international enterprise sales organization.
- You will lead, own and manage a dedicated region within the international enterprise sales compensation program, executing the payment & governance processes and continuing to develop a robust sales performance analytics program.
- You will play a critical role enhancing sales incentive compensation operations, including the integration of all roles into our Incentive Compensation system and harmonizing pay and incentive structures where appropriate.
