Citi is seeking a Technology Lead Business Analyst to support strategic enhancements to the Citi Developer Portal platform and related API marketplace capabilities. This role will partner with product managers, engineering, UX, information security, legal/compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to improve the developer experience for corporate clients integrating with Citi APIs.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and digital platform experience with the ability to translate complex banking and API integration requirements into scalable platform solutions.
