Meet the Team. The Global Early‑in‑Career Sales Onboarding team within Sales Enablement & Acceleration (SEA) is a forward‑thinking, AI‑first group dedicated to transforming the onboarding experience for interns and early‑career talent at Cisco.

  • Lead a regional team of first‑line managers who directly supervise early‑in‑career (EIC) sales talent, holding ultimate accountability for the success of all sales onboarding programs in your GEO.
