Health First is looking for an experienced NP or PA to join our night team in the ICU at Holmes Regional. You'll be a true clinical partner to our Nocturnal Intensivists, managing high-acuity patients and handling the full scope of critical care!
What the night looks like:
You'll be the frontline for the unit working collaboratively with the Intensivist. This includes managing clinical status changes, responding to in-house emergencies, and handling ICU admissions. You'll also be responsible for managing downgrades to ensure the unit flows efficiently. Since this is a high-acuity setting, you should be comfortable performing or learning critical care procedures as they come up.
What we're looking for:

• You need to be a Florida-licensed (or eligible) APP.
