The Miami office of Kubicki Draper, is currently seeking a lawyer with 7+ years experience for its appellate and litigation support department. Experience working on appellate and/or litigation matters. Complex writing and/or appellate clerkship experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

+ Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy.

+ Prior appellate experience preferred.

+ Prior courtroom experience preferred.

+ Desire to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm.

+ Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset.

+ Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style.

+ Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals.

+ Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
