- Understand customer's requirements and visualize to-be business operation image / data flow image / by utilizing consultation and design skills.
- Provide technical advice, best practices.
- Responsible to determine problems and provide solutions to identify that arise.
- Create documents about the system requirements and explain to the developers.
- Reveiew and check quality of the outcomes from the developers.
