This role will serve as theprimary functional ownerfor Oracle Fusion HCM, built on a strongCore HR/Global HR foundation, with primary functional focus onAbsence ManagementandTalent Management. The consultant will take overend-to-end delivery, enhancements, and day-to-day (BAU) supportpreviously managed in-house, and will partner with HR and key stakeholders to keep the system stable, drive continuous improvements, and ensure readiness forOracle quarterly updates.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), rollout, stakeholder demos, training materials, and post-go-live support.
- Enhancements/change requests: assess requirements, propose Oracle best-practice solutions, implement via Sandbox, test, document, and deploy changes.
