Scope of role

To work within the application engineering team covering technical support in the design and integration of customer applications throughout Europe and regions outside of America. 

By supporting the sales and channel organizations with technical assistance and quotations management the role makes direct impact on growth and profitability. 

This role listens to and provides the Voice of the Customer (critical to driving improvements) and indirectly influences the entire workforce. 

Provides technical support to sales staff in determining possible applications of company product to meet customer requirements.
