Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for key consultants and accounts
• Liaise between sales teams and factory capabilities
• Develop technical selections, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership analyses
• Support sales with accurate costing and compliance documentation
• Prepare deviation and exception statements for proposals
• Collaborate with product managers, aftersales, support engineers, commissioning teams, key account managers, consultants, and contractors
• Participate in technical and account meetings, sharing progress updates
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify technical issues and align project goals
• Implement user feedback to improve applications and user experience
• Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to stakeholder needs
