Job Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment commissioning, debugging, and after-sales maintenance prior to shipment.
• Resolve mechanical, software, and electrical issues during customer acceptance and operation until on-site handover and resident after-sales support are completed.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D engineers at customer sites to support various verification and validation processes.
• Provide optimization proposals regarding equipment efficiency, manufacturability, and maintainability, and feedback insights to the R&D design department.
• Summarize on-site equipment issues to build a Field Experience Database , enabling rapid problem identification, troubleshooting, and strategy formulation.
• Proficient in the installation, debugging, and maintenance of vision system hardware and software.
• Archive all documentation related to on-site debugging, maintenance, and improvement projects.
