We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support (L2) professional to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico.
Responsibilities - Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
- Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
- Perform detailed RCA of issues in production and implement corrective actions.
- Validate collaboration and communication skills, leading in a global environment.
Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support (L2).
