Key Responsibilities

Ownership of the Provys system includes:

• Ensure the production platform is working efficiently
• Manage operational security e.g. renewing application web certificates
• Manage requests for new workflows or change on existing ones, logged and tracked in our Jira workspace/ Service Now
• Manage problems from an ITIL perspective
• Oversee production incidents
• Be the main point of contact with the vendor: Provys Technologies
• Follow-up the budget related to the Provys platform for both “Business as Usual” run costs, or evolution costs
• Maintain the Provys documentation patrimony up to date, and especially documents required by the support team or training materials.
