You will gain satisfaction knowing that you are utilizing your communication skills as well as your interpersonal and analytic skills to build relationships with clients as well as troubleshoot and solve their tier I and II technical issues. The successful candidates will have the ability and desire to work the shift of Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM -2:00 PM .
