Job Title: Application Production Support

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for production support of Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitizations applications

 Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.

 Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.

 Supporting Operations team for technical issues

 Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay and Backup Recovery testing Participate in technical projects
