Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Applications Developer (ServiceNow) with strong expertise in ITSM implementation, platform customization and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Develop platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and ACLs. Implement integrations using REST/SOAP web services and web technologies. Support automation and orchestration processes and provide technical troubleshooting.
