This role is suited to candidates currently working in application support, service delivery or production support roles within the London Market or speciality insurance sector, with proven experience managing offshore vendors and owning live insurance platforms (underwriting, claims or document management systems). If you do not have direct insurance exposure, particularly within a Lloyd’s or speciality environment, this is unlikely to be the right fit.
