Must Have Technical/Functional Skills



Experience:

4+ years building and deploying ML models in production. Strong Python skills. Experience with propensity, ranking, uplift, or optimization models. ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Feature store integration, model serving via low-latency APIs.



Key Skills:

Model development, feature engineering, model serving infrastructure, A/B testing integration, explainability (SHAP, LIME), bias detection, model validation and calibration. Healthcare/regulated environment experience strongly preferred
