Your Role

• The Appraisal Officer is responsible to assists the Credit Appraisal Unit Head in supervision of day to day operation of Credit Appraisal Unit. Ensure timely submission and ensure the completeness/ comprehensiveness of property appraisal reports based from the requirements of Business Units. Also, ability to form a minimum operational standards to execute a streamline credit appraisal process to enhance quality of service to internal and external customers.

Your Impact

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and updated data gathered/verified were indicated in Credit Appraisal Report.
• Ensure that all necessary steps in conducting inspection and appraisal were undertaken.
