The role of the Apprentice Finance Assistant is to provide administrative support to our Finance Analysts covering our clinical locations across the UK. The role will take on basic debt management / collection, preparing invoices and Consultant statements of accounts, inputting and collating information for monthly management reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing analysis of ledger accounts.
• Reviewing and responding to account payable and account receivable queries as required.
• Processing invoices and ledger entries into accounts as required.
• Assist with the Budget and Forecasting processes.
• Daily banking, payment allocation and updating of cash receipts.
• Debtor management which includes chasing debt via email, telephone and the use of Money Claims to recover any outstanding monies.
