We are seeking a Membership Services Administrator Apprentice to support the ongoing success of the business through key membership administration tasks. The role is office‑based, Monday to Friday, in the Hatfield Club office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate membership records
- Handle member communications
- Support processes such as refunds, reconciliations, migrations and Direct Debit runs
- Assist with learning for the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship (including Customer Insights, Positive Customer Experience, Service Performance, Customer Journey, Ownership and Responsibility, Culture and Environmental Awareness)
