The Aquatics Coordinator is hands-on role, spending half of their time as a Lifeguard, and half of their time fulfilling administrative responsibilities. Administrative responsibilities include:
The Aquatics Coordinator works with the leadership team on the development, implementation, and evaluation of aquatic programming, including water fitness classes, swim lessons, and community events, with a focus on safety, quality, and member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Certifications: Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification. Lifeguard Instructor Certification (ARC) and CPO certification required within one year of hire.
