A&R Role Overview
As an A&R, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing talent that aligns with our vision and business objectives while fostering strong and lasting relationships with key players in the music ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify artists, labels, and catalogs that are potential clients for the company and align with the office's guidelines and objectives.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Propose deals with advances that meet the office’s guidelines and objectives.
- Maintain relationships with current clients assigned to them.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients. This includes catalog migration, adding YouTube channels to the company’s MCNs, and handing over clients to project managers.
