Robert Half is working with a growing dealership in National City to find an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract-to-hire role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cash applications, reconciliations, and keeping accounts clean and accurate.


What you’ll be doing

• Post daily cash receipts and customer payments

• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues

• Assist with month-end close and reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Requirements
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or cash applications experience

• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage volume and meet deadlines

• Experience in a dealership or high-transaction environment is a plus
