The Arabic Coach is responsible for driving excellence in the teaching and learning of Arabic across all Our Own schools. The role focuses on improving teaching quality, raising student achievement, supporting teachers through coaching and mentoring, and ensuring the effective implementation of the UAE Ministry of Education Arabic curriculum and GEMS teaching and learning standards. The Arabic Coach will work collaboratively with school leaders, Heads of Arabic Departments and Arabic teachers to promote outstanding classroom practice, enhance student engagement, and contribute to continuous school improvement.
